COVID -19 USPS/ INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY UPDATES

Tracking updates may take an additional 5-7 business days to update. Please be aware before placing an order.

Please allow an extra 3 days for delivery due to COVID-19 shipping delays.

Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 2-3 business days. Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically. 

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No changes will be made once an order has been placed. 

Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.  

 

RETURNS

Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping  unless the order was filled in error or defective.

 

Items purchased from The Nude List are eligible for store credit within 7 days delivery receipt.

RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.
